In our Inbound Vendor Program services are paid for by the carrier, so we operate at no cost to you.

How to Reduce Your Landed Costs

• Routing your inbound traffic will provide significant cost reductions since vendors rarely attempt to find the lowest rates possible to move your product. The cost of materials often includes a freight cost factor which we can reduce by 8 to 20% with our program.
• We will also reduce congestion at your receiving docks since the numerous carriers currently delivering will be reduced to 2-3 common carriers.
• You will receive better service by focusing more freight onto fewer carriers. Those carriers will care more about your account and will respond with better customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
• We will be able to develop back-haul freight lanes where needed. In researching vendors and developing freight allowances, the private fleet always enjoys the first right of refusal on all vendor freight.
• We will be able to devise a product return program to move defective items back to the supplier either from the main warehouse or the individual branches.
• We will be able to assist your purchasing department in locating all shipments at any time. We will also advise them when a supplier will not have their product ready to meet the expected arrival date.
• We will use carriers who will perform during strikes and maintain the product flow.

In our International Shipping Program services are paid for by the forwarder, so we operate at no cost to you.

• Investigate the misc. charges for the best option. To include bunker surcharge, terminal handling charges, hazardous cargo surcharge, pick up surcharge etc.
• Perform HTS code review (this is done to make sure you are paying the correct level of custom duties)
